Bryan J. Bertacchi (PE, MBA)

Mr. Bertacchi brings accomplishments from Energy Companies such as Calpine, Northern California Power Agency, General Electric and Pacific Gas & Electric. His expertise is in project development, operations, and power marketing. In addition, he recently developed projects such as Delta Energy Center (860mw), Los Medanos Energy Center (600mw) and the New Lodi Energy Center (260mw). Mr. Bertacchi was COO of the Calpine Power Income Fund and Vice President of the Western Region for Calpine. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly, a Professional Engineering License in Mechanical Engineering, and an MBA from Saint Mary's College.

Greg Lamberg
Senior Vice President - Development

Mr. Lamberg has been directly involved in the placement of more than 8500 mw's of generation capacity into service. Mr. Lamberg is currently managing the development of PG&E's Humboldt Bay Repowering Project under contract with PG&E. Through his career, Mr. Lamberg has worked for General Electric, EBASCO, Walsh Construction, Calpine, Marathon Capital, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. In California, he has successfully developed over 1500 mw's, acquired over 800mw's and has been involved in the engineering and construction (EPC) of almost an additional 2000mw's. Mr. Lamberg has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a graduate of General Electric's Technical Sales Training Program. He holds Series 7 and Series 63 NASD Licenses in California and has served on the Board of Directors for the Power Association of Northern California.

Jim McLucas
Senior Vice President - Engineering

Mr. McLucas has 26 years of engineering and construction experience covering a wide range of energy projects including solar, wind, cogeneration, and gas-fired combined cycle technologies and also water and wastewater treatment projects in both the private and public sectors of each industry. His experience includes project management, development, preliminary design, environmental permitting, detailed design, construction, start-up and commissioning, and operations support. Mr. McLucas previously worked for Calpine as Regional Engineering Manager and Manager of Water Technology and also for Third Planet Wind power, CH2M HILL, and CE Power Projects. Mr. McLucas has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California­-Santa Barbara and is a registered Mechanical Engineer in California.

Gene Tardiff
Senior Metering Specialist - (LOM)

Mr. Tardiff has over 25+ years of installation, engineering, commissioning and calibration experience on complex metering and SCADA systems totaling over 9000mw of capacity.  He had the lead role in the engineering and commissioning of over five RIG systems and over nine DPG systems. Gene has installed over thirty-six CAISO certified meters. In addition, Gene has been in the lead on many DPG to RIG system conversions.  Radback is able to coordinate 24hr dispatch to provide emergency support for our customers. 

Dr. Gloria Freeman (Pharm. D., R. Ph, Broker)
President

Dr. Gloria Freeman boasts a history of success in starting up new companies as demonstrated by the revenue growth at Staff USA Inc, Fortune West Enterprises Inc, and Plazaria LLC. In addition, she has recently acquired new assets Sunfair, LLC in a retail district of Placer County and Premium Access Realty Inc.. Dr. Freeman has over 20 years experience in government contracting with federal, state, and corporate organizations. She has experience overseeing the management of contracts, personnel, marketing and resources throughout the country. She has appeared as an expert on numerous radio and television shows nationwide. Dr. Freeman earned a Doctorate at University of the Pacific, and attended University of Santa Clara. She is a licensed real estate broker in California.
