Bryan J. Bertacchi (PE, MBA)
President and CEO
 Mr. Bertacchi has extensive experience at the most senior
levels within complex energy business organizations…board member,
corporate officer, project development, M&A, operations and strategic
leadership. A depth of experience with government regulators, equity
partners, lenders, rating agencies, elected officials, organized labor,
OEM’s, and EPC contractors. He served as a Board Member of Sierra
Geothermal Company, COO of the Calpine Power Income Fund, Vice President
of the Calpine Western Region and Area Executive. Mr. Bertacchi has
worked for Companies such as NCPA, General Electric and PG&E. He has
a degree in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly, a Professional
Engineering License in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Saint Mary's
College and holds a General Engineering Contractors License.
Greg Lamberg
Senior Vice President
- Development
 Mr. Lamberg is a highly experienced project development
leader who has successfully placed more than 8500 mw's of generation
capacity into service. Most recently, Mr. Lamberg managed the development
of PG&E's Humboldt Bay Repowering Project . Mr. Lamberg has held
senior positions for General Electric, EBASCO, Walsh Construction,
Calpine, Marathon Capital, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company. In
California, he has successfully developed over 1800 mw's, acquired over
800mw's and has been involved in the engineering and construction (EPC)
of over 2000mw's. Mr. Lamberg has
a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology
and is a graduate of General Electric's Technical Sales Training Program.
He has been Series 7 and Series 63 certified in California and serves on
the Board of Directors for the Power Association of Northern California.
Jim McLucas
Senior
Vice President - Engineering
 Mr.
McLucas has 26 years of engineering and construction experience covering
a wide range of energy project technology including solar, wind,
cogeneration, wastewater and gas-fired combined cycle technologies. Highly respected within the industry,
he has direct experience working with the private and public sectors
providing engineering, project management, design, development,
environmental permitting, construction, start-up commissioning, and operations
management. Mr. McLucas served Calpine as Regional Engineering Manager,
and as Manager of Water Technology.
In addition, he has worked for Third Planet Wind Power, CH2M HILL,
and CE Power Projects. Mr. McLucas has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from
the University of California-Santa Barbara and is a registered
Mechanical Engineer in California.
Gene Tardiff
Senior
Metering Specialist - (LOM)
Mr.
Tardiff has over 25+ years of installation, engineering, commissioning
and calibration experience on complex metering and SCADA systems totaling
over 9000mw of capacity. He had the lead role in the engineering
and commissioning of over five RIG systems and over nine DPG
systems. Gene has installed over thirty-six CAISO certified meters.
In addition, Gene has been in the lead on many DPG to RIG system
conversions. Radback is able to coordinate 24hr dispatch to provide
emergency support for our customers.
